On April 11, 2008, Gardner Goldsmith and his “radio think-tank” took on NH Governor John Lynch, and Lynch’s claims that he wants to bring good “business practices” to the NH government. Memo to John: Government stands in OPPOSITION to business, and always will. It can only exist by taking from the productive. If Lynch were interested in bringing sound business to NH, he would leave GOVT!

On April 10, Gardner Goldsmith investigated the claims by federal officials and politicians that they will somehow “help” the economy by artificially propping up housing prices. Gard also explained why no one should trust government to be involved in the financial industry. Gard also got to chat with Jennifer Horn, a candidate for the Second Congressional District race to “represent” NH in Washington. And THEN, Gard welcomed MIKE WITTHAUS, whose excellent site, www.localrhythms.com is a great place to get information on music and the electronic developments that help it spread!

On April 3, 2008, Gardner Goldsmith took a look at the latest Pork Report from Citizens Against Government Waste. His guest, Elizabeth Wright, is the VP of Government Affairs, and she spelled out a few of the most glaring examples of anti-constitutional and wasteful pork barrel projects. Guess what political party boasted the top three porkers? Later, Gard investigated the recent revelation that the Bush Administration did not believe the American people had 4th Amendment rights during a time of terrorism. What kind of nonsense is that?

On April 2, 2008, Gardner Goldsmith spelled out in fine detail how insane and hypocritical it is for the federal politicians to excoriate oil company executives for their “excessive profits”. As many Conspirators already know, the bill called SB 434, which has an amendment attached to it that will implore John Lynch to "ask" the Homeland Security Czar to "give NH an extension on REAL ID" stands in complete contravention to a law passed last year. This law states in plain terms that NH "shall not comply" with the federal requirements of REAL ID.
