On April 17, 2008, Gardner Goldsmith reminded fellow Liberty Conspirators that it was the upcoming anniversary of the massacre at Waco, Texas. It is a sad development to note that Americans seem to think the Branch Davidians were at fault for their own slaughter at the hands of lawless government killers. Mr. Heston was a tireless defender of limited government and the right to keep and bear arms.

He was a learned and erudite man who showed great kindness to others.

While he may not have gone as far as many fellow Conspirators in dismantling the state, he was a great ally, and a truly good man.

We were informed by some astute Conspirators that the audio files for 10-10 and 10-11 were clipped at their close. This is because enemies of El G Grande sneaked into the production studio, used a time machine, and eliminated the sound from history... Um. Ok. That wasn't the reason. Actually, the sound IS still on file, and it will be loaded tonight! Make sure you listen to Gard and Jed Babbin, Editor of Human Events, on War Powers and the Constitution. We may post this in a separate file for your reference. It is a great exchange.

Each new written piece will now have added to it an icon to allow fellow Conspirators to post their own thoughts and insights on them. Gard will broadcast across the US tomorrow, November 18, when he fills-in for nationally syndicated host Todd Feinburg. Todd, well known for his show on WRKO, 680, Boston, hosts his program from 1 to 4 pm, and has asked Gard to sit in for the first two hours.
