Remember Gardner Goldsmith mentioning a recent FCC ruling that fined Comcast for cutting out certain items from a subscriber's website? The people at Comcast had found them objectionable, and took measures to protect their business. The FCC did not recognize the virtue of private contract, and intervened.

Well, the FCC Chair did not approve of that move, and in expressing his disapproval, he recently revealed that, as Gard has warned, the ruling could jeopardize all free speech on the net. Here is the article:

On Friday, 12-28, Gardner Goldsmith had the pleasure of delving once more into the circus-like activities of Mike Huckabee. This time, ol’ SMOKIN’ MIKE shot his shotgun over the heads of reporters in Iowa. Nice.

Gard also looked into a NY town’s magnanimous move to let people pay off their local prop taxes by, WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT. Um, anyone starting to see how government is no more than a new take on feudalism?

On 12-24-07 Gardner Goldsmith took NH’s top three-hour political program and swung it in the Christmas direction.

He also took some time to acknowledge the efforts of good people volunteering their time to help the Ron Paul Campaign.
