CONSPIRACY ARTICLE! Obama's Stim Plan: 'The Only Thing We Have to Fear, Is Government Trying to “Save” the Market'
The Only Thing We Have to Fear, Is Government Trying to “Save” the Market
P. Gardner Goldsmith - Number Six
Audio Guest Sue Blevins, of the IHF Hits WorldNetDaily - Report: Possible Rationing of Medicine Under Obamer
The statists, from the Clintons, to Ted Kennedy, to Orrin Hatch, to John Lynch, to Barack Obama, to Newt Gingrich, have been pushing for the federalization of medical data for over a decade. It is coming. And, as WND reports, there is the possibility that the rationing of medical care could come right along with it.

Conspirator Andrew Chalwa Discovers: FEMA Might Have Given Storm Victims Tainted Peanut Butter Sandwiches!
But... Aren't the gubment people supposed to "protect" us from bad food? Wasn't that why gubment was created? Help! It's sooo confusing!

CABAL BLOG!: Second Hand Books vs. Second Hand Food: The Disparity Between Ideas Protected By Intellectual Property - By Furb
A CABAL BLOG POST!, by FURB:
A while ago I was reading the forums at a very fun book website called bookcrossing.com. I came across a message posted by CynthiaA. In it she talks about how her friend (who works for a Canadian publisher) feels that people that use websites to acquire free books are going to cost her the job she loves. CynthiaA's friend had sent a link to a New York Times piece that contends increases in efficiency in the secondhand book market are causing problems throughout the publishing industry.
CBO Offers a Real Shocker - Obama Stimulus Scheme Will Make Things Worse
Too bad the CBO cats didn't mention the inflationary spiral the "stimulus" will cause.

Obama Orders New Appliance Energy Efficiency Standards - Where's Repairman Jack?
Ahh, yes... Nothing like the sweet smell of freedom in the morning. Or is that Napalm we smell? Yes, it's the latter, burning up liberty, the Constitution (which are not always one and the same, of course), and economics. Even though Repairman Jack doesn't really fix appliances, we sure could use his services to fight the baddies in DC right now.
Someone needs to ask F. Paul Wilson if politicians have a lot of "O-DNA", 'cause the "otherness" they exhibit is pretty scary! (Lil' reference to his novels there, in case you're wondering...)
Obama "Emergency" Stimulus Package to "Rescue" Economy - Some ESSENTIAL Elements!
Barack Obama said in an editorial today that if his "stimulus" package was not passed, the United States might enter into an economic downturn out of which it might never rise. Soooo... What kinds of things is he recommending, in addition to the overall breach of the US Constitution, the retardation of real productivity, the incredible burden of debt, the movement of productive money into non-productive endeavors, and the inflationary pressures the increase in government-created money will inspire? Hmmm.. Well, how about these as a small sample?
Making Liberty-Fighters Sick: Obama Signs SCHIP Expansion -
Some "bullitt" points, from Steve McQueen:
- The expansion will, just like the creation of the program, impose higher taxes on tobacco products, and funnel that booty into state governments, giving the governors (like Howard Dean and Jeanne Shaheen) the ability to claim they "got" kids health insurance.
- People 400% above the "poverty" line have been able to sign on to the program, which gives partial handouts to them. It inspires people at these various levels to drop their own personal-family health insurance coverage in favor of the government system.
Massachusetts Gubment Wants to Impose Taxes on Purchases Made by MA Citizens IN NH
First it was like, "Woah." Then it was like, 'Woah!". And then it was like, "Woahhhh..."
Take a look at this juicy piece of flavah. Wicked bad statism!

Glenn Jacobs Issues Free Market Challenge to Socialist Robert Reich Regarding Bailout Claims!
If you get a chance, please read Glenn's great piece at LewRockwell.com, called "An Open Letter to Robert B. Reich" -- Great stuff!
The Freedom Book Club Has a Tie-Breaker, Vote ASAP!!
As many Conspirators know, the Freedom Book Club -- found at www.freedombookclub.com -- promotes liberty-oriented works of fiction and non-fiction by attracting liberty-minded people to the site to vote on the selection of the month, with the implicit idea that they will attempt to purchase the book of the month and concentrate buying power on it that month. The visitoprs get to express their opinions on the selections and put their power behind one choice... Well... To quote the founder:
Fraudulent "Fiscal Conservative" and Constitution-breaker, NH Senator Gregg Will be Next Commerce Sec. - Exciting!
For those just joining the series, when we last left Senator Gregg, he was pushing for the TARP bailout plan, working with Democrats to further soil the Constitution and decrease the buying power of your Dollar through massive infusions of worthless liquidity created by the gub-ment.
Pop Media Sees "Salvation" with Obama Admin Medical "Bailout" ie COBRA Extension
More paternalism on the road to socialism...
NH Bill Would Call for State to Secede Under Certain Circumstances
The question is, are there enough listed? There could be plenty more!
"Emergency Camps" Bill, Proposed with Good Intentions, Parallels Hitler-Era Germany
Jerome Corsi has written a very interesting piece at World Net Daily, in which he lays out the details of an under-reported federal proposal to build numerous "emergency" centers to house displaced families during natural disasters/terror attacks.
Clearly, these sites are unconstitutional, and, further, they have the potential to act like the internment camps for Japanese Americans in WWII, or the Nazi Concentration Camps. As we've often said, the idea that government should "protect" people leads to these kinds of outcomes. It is inevitable.
Daschle's Tax Evasion Merely Tip of a Statist Iceberg
So, you were repulsed by Tom Daschle's hipocrasy when it comes to telling people they need to cough up more tax cash, while he evades the taxes himself. Right on.
But now the details of Tommy's "special dealing" are coming to the fore. Isn't it nice that a guy who works in such honest ways might be placed in a position to further break the US Constitution and come up with a "national health care plan"?

Another Example of Non-Fetal Stem Cells Providing Medical Breakthroughs
For those who suffer from MS, and those who greatly care about them, this is a huge piece of news.
For those who continue to push the argument (as discussed in a recent production at Liberty Conspiracy Audios) that the federal government has to use tax money to create fetal stem cells, this is another piece of news they would rather not hear:

"Stimulus Package" Forces Turn-over of All Personal Health Information
Socialized medicine is one of the most pernicious forms of the doctrine that we must be forced to be "our brother's keeper" - and hence we must all be "kept".
http://www.forhealthfreedom.org/Publications/Privacy/EconomicStimulusAndPrivacy2.html
This is important stuff, and reflects another open-ended, unwarranted, interpretation of the inter-state commerce clause of the US Constitution.
House Republicans Defeat Proposal to Delay Digital TV Mandate
There is no constitutional or economic reason for the federal government to be in any way associated with, or in control of, the radio spectrum.
CABAL members have likely read Gardner's lengthy piece explaining the history of how the federal gubment got invovled in regulating the spectrum and its "content". Soon, Gard will produce special casts to go out to your ipods, and in the casts he'll explain the anti-freedom history of the FCC (originally known as the FRC -- the "Federal Radio Commission"), and the free market approach to the radio spectrum.
Political Push Grows for New Federal Bank - Obama Thirsts for It!
If we could only grab the TARDIS and go back to the days of the Constitutional Convention, then STOP them from forming the federal gubment!
