On 1-23-08, Gardner Goldsmith grappled with the reality that the governor of his state is a total and utter smeeeee-heeeeeeed, as Kryten would say.
Check out the analysis of John Lynch’s “state of the state” address, and then take a listen to Gard with a rep from the Center for American Progress, as the leftist tries to battle Gard’s free market mind!

1-18 Privatize Roads!
On Friday, 1-18-08 Gardner Goldsmith investigated the ramifications of the new federal proposal to increase the gas tax by 40 cents per gallon over five years. Only by looking at history and by investigating economics can one begin to see that government ownership of roadways was not always the way it was done, nor is it the most efficient or moral way to operate. This plus the Bad Song of the Week, Mrs. Miller, performing “Hard Day’s Night”, with Johnny Molson, ow WMAY! All from “Against the Grain” and www.libertyconspiracy.com!
1-17 Fed n Market, NH n Dumb Govt!
On Thursday, 1-17-08, Gardner Goldsmith got things off to a fast start, diving right into the backwards economics of the federal reserve, how inflation is already apparent, even as Ben Bernanke talks of “economic stimulus”, and as the NH government imposes more regulations on financial institutions and insurance companies.
This is not just an academic economic argument. It has real effects! Listen to find out more, and read Gardner Goldsmiths book, “LIVE FREE OR DIE” available at www.amazon.com!
1-11: Immigration! Bad Song!

1-9 Post Primary, Tariffs
On Wednesday, January 1, Gardner Goldsmith completed his Herculean effort to cover the NH Primary while, at the same time, conducting myriad interviews with other media figures across the US. On this episode of “Against the Grain”, Gard also explored how he was shut out of the Presidential Primary, and how it can be rectified.
Remember to grab Gard’s new book, LIVE FREE OR DIE, as AmAZON.com!
12-28: Huck's Gun, US Serfs
On Friday, 12-28, Gardner Goldsmith had the pleasure of delving once more into the circus-like activities of Mike Huckabee. This time, ol’ SMOKIN’ MIKE shot his shotgun over the heads of reporters in Iowa. Nice.
Gard also looked into a NY town’s magnanimous move to let people pay off their local prop taxes by, WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT. Um, anyone starting to see how government is no more than a new take on feudalism?
12-22: G v Leftie on Energy Plan. Hill a Genius?
On Friday, 12-22, Gardner Goldsmith held court once more, barreling into the fallacies underlying government regulations on businesses, including the silly notion that politicians can tell businesses how much time they need to offer employees before they tell them they are losing their jobs. Anyone heard of the right to engage in private, consensual contract?
12-20: FEC Chosen by Pols They Are Supposed to Monitor!
Yep. A new story discovered by Gardner Goldsmith - a story revolving around a partisan squabble over the appointment of an FEC commissioner - reveals what we might not have really articulated. The very “watchdogs” in the FEC who are supposed to be monitoring the campaigns of all those nice and innocent people running for public office, have appointments APPROVED by the politicians they are supposed to monitor!
FREEOW!
12-19: Energy Bill Disaster! (Seg one)
In this opening segment from “Against the Grain”, Gardner Goldsmith blasts President Bush and Congress for superseding consumer choice, for defiling the US Constitution, and for redirecting the flow of usable capital towards investments consumers would NOT have made!
The rest of this program was STELLAR! But the computers went on the fritz again! We hope to get another source of the audio so that you can hear more. It really was one of the best!
12-17: Endorsement City UGH! NH=MA Now?
On Monday, 12-17, Gardner Goldsmith (author of the Amazon bestseller, “Live Free or Die”) explored whether the endorsements of newspapers really matter any more. (Hint: They DON’T!)
He also wondered if leftists are sociopaths (hint: They ARE!), and he discussed the revelation that a state representative wants to make NH even MORE like Mass by imposing a bottle bill on the citizens! It’s all about freedom, and it’s all from “Against the Grain”, and www.libertyconspiracy.com

12-10: Rand Paul, Obamrah
On Monday, 12-10, Gardner Goldsmith covered some of the claims about Barak Obama’s great veracity made by her highness, Oprah Winfrey…
He also discussed the recent shootings in Colorado and Nebraska…
Then, he welcomed Dr. Rand Paul, son of Congressman and Doctor Ron Paul, who discussed his father’s run for the presidency! Great conversation by two men who understand the constitution and free market economics!
12-3: Huckabee's Lies, Gambling in NH
Mike Huckabee ought to know that when he twists the truth, people will catch him. Gardner Goldsmith gave a pat on the back to George Stephanopolis for his good work on ABC’s “This Week”. Snuffy nailed Schmuckabee on a number of issues, the first one covered by Gard being his chatter about not granting in-state college grants to the children of illegal aliens. Gard could care less about the legal status of the kids, what he cares about is the pervasive socialism of Outta-Luckabee, and the way he tries to hide it. Nasty stuff, that. Check it out!
