As offensive as some people might think certain kinds of protests are, it seems that people like Justice Roberts recognize that the protests are occurring on federally owned and run property, and, therefore, the US gubment cannot abridge the freedom of speech there. The answer, for all the people who might be offended by one kind of protest or another, is to ELIMINATE as many federally run parcels of land as possible, and have your FUNERALS ON PRIVATE LAND. Um, duh?

If a person is having his tax money taken from him to fund a cemetery, then it might be incumbent on the thieves who take the money in order to run the land to acknowledge that the taxpayer has the right to speak out about it. Again, duh?

You know, the one that leftists used to justifiably slam George Bush? But in a market manipulated by a central bank that issues the so-called "default" currency of the US Dollar, any nation tied to that Dollar will see its currency devalued as well. Egypt is one such case. Increased amounts of currency units means that each unit buys less -- hence, food, oil and other commodities are rising in price in the US, as they are in any nation tied to the US or any nation which has a central bank that has been behaving like the US Federal Reserve. The push comes in response to the federal medical fascism law, but it could certainly be applied to 90% of what the federal gubment does.

In the piece, you will see the author quote someone who tries to discount the idea, claiming that it is unfounded because the Constitution calls US laws, "the supreme law of the land." But what is missed is that the laws must be constitutional, and members of all state legislatures, judicial and executive branches swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution. Their oaths to uphold the US Constitution REQUIRE them to nullify all unconstitutional laws. The same goes for a President who sees the Congress pass unconstitutional laws. As Jefferson noted, it is his duty to not execute those laws.

Much to their surprise, he couldn't really square his claims of "freexing discretionary spending" with his policy goals for more to be spent on roads, bridges, "green tech", and on and on...
