Tales from the Conspiracy

Sometimes I feel like Buzz Lightyear

Listening to and debating progressives (or as Tom Woods calls them, neocons with sandals), I sometimes think I'm like Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story 2. I used to be a progressive of sorts.  Not the hard-core profit hating progressive, though

In the wake of the Japanese Tsunami am I the only one to notice?

Am I the only one who’s noticed that recently there’s been a higher then average amount of earthquakes around world?

I don’t want to get all conspiratorial but I can’t help thinking that maybe not all is right with the earth’s crust & that authorities aren’t telling us.

2011-03-07 rountable pod: my comments

When Steven Smith brought up the point of shunning when dealing with agents of the state.  There is a great article on the role shunning played in forming the Irish Republic.  During the years before the republic came into being there was a long boycott of service to the Royal Irish Constabulary, which essentially crippled the English police powers in the area, and increased their cost of doing business tremendous.  I recommend anyone in a service job to refuse service to any TSA agent or other agent of the state.  There is also another story of denial service to police officers in the Seattle area, at a left anarchist coffee shop, the name of which escapes me.

The Worst Songs of all time!

I was avoiding that podcast because I thought, "I do not want to hear bad songs...." But I finally decided to listen to it and I am really glad I did. I think that was your best podcast to date. I was laughing my ass off listening to it.

When is the next bad songs show?

The Shaggs! The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins! So classic.

That last William Shatner/Henry Rollins song was actually really cool.

Finally a full compliment of armed guards and K-9's for the the local youth prisons

This was front page Sunday locally.  It highlights all the area school cops as shining officer-friendly heroes counciling troubled youth in a team-work award-winning effort of the community.  A year ago I wouldn't have given this a second thought.  Now I find it pretty disturbing in so many different ways.  I'm all for keeping of the peace, but with such a lesson in state presence and existence in aquescense to the armed agents of the state, what chance is there for the formation of free adults who will not accept intrusions on their liberty?  If you are at school all day having your stuff sniffed by dogs how will you develop the volition to ever object to this as an adult?  If a cop is yo smiling daddy in times of trouble will he ever be percieved as a thr

Climate Fraud and Tax War in Australia

Fellow Conspirators:

It seems like an odd situation to describe Australia as being a place, where open warfare has
broken out over the climate fraud and taxation.

The usual tranquil stereotypes emerge when I speak to Americans and others about what they
see as uniquely Australian.

Putting a shrimp on the barbie, making the usual reference to the size of one's knife and of cause
the general languid sound of our accent is usually the first thing that springs to mind. Tax Wars,
though don't fit the bill.

Harry Browne died 5 years ago, today

Harry Browne, in my humble opinion, was the most persuasive libertarian ever.  He has been dead 5 years now.   www.harrybrowne.org has a archive of his great articles.  After nine eleven, many libertarians got all responsible and towed the party line.  Harry (and Jacob Hornberger) stick out as two people who stuck to their guns.

How rediculously big has government become?

My friend Tarrin showed me this and I couldn't believe it.

The city of Savannah, GA has shut down Girl Scout cookie sales due to a lack of a f*cking permit.

2:25 on 2:25

It's 2:25 on 2:25 - My dad was born today in 1917. He liked Louis Armstrong, sports, target shooting, economics, philosophy, Planet of the Apes, drawing with pastels, good novels, The Who, Boston, The Alarm, The New Bomb Turks, Gene Krupa, Louis Belson, dogs, tea, classy women, and his family. He hated government and bureaucracy. He went sledding with me when he was in his seventies, and broke a rib, beat a knife-wielding robber into unconsciousness in VA when he was 67, and played hockey with my bro in his sixties. I think he's welcoming Nic Courtney to a good place right now.

The last words he ever said to me were, "Thanks for coming in, pal."

Like Ace Rimmer, all one can say about him is, "what a guy." :)

Happy Birthday, PHG.

Hair transplantation means ?

Hair transplantation means, transplanting live hair roots onto the bald area. These transplanted hair roots behave in the same manner as the hair from the area where they are extracted from. Hair transplant surgery has been around for the last fifty years but has developed to the extent that it results in successful, natural looking hair. A hair transplant involves removing or grafting hairs from the back and sides of your head – the horseshoe pattern of hair, and placing these in the bald areas. Once there these hairs will grow as normal. Hair transplant surgery is fast becoming a popular choice of procedure for both men and women who have been affected by hair loss.

Swedish Shemale Support For Ron Paul

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-j185Okg2Tc&feature=BF&playnext=1&list=QL...

There aren’t that many transgendered individuals who are libertarian, which is kind of weird for a bunch of individuals who’ll often bitch about government preventing them from doing etc to their bodies.

She says supports Ron Paul but then says she supports same sex couples being able to adopt, well Ron Paul doesn’t support same sex couples being able to adopt & voted in congress to against allowing same sex couples from adopting/

Sorry but if you’re prepared to have government discriminate against a whole section of the community based upon their sexual orientation then in my opinion you’re no libertarian.
