5-14 Oil, Hill's WV Win, ACU Ratings

On Wednesday, May 14, Gardner Goldsmith held court on the big win for Hillary Clinton in the WV Democrat Primary, speca-latin’ about whether the lovely lady would get outta the race… Not likely! Gard also discussed the backwards thinking of Congressmen and Senators when it comes to energy and oil, tying that in to a larger question about which politicians were more or less conservative. According to the American Conservative Union, there aren’t MANY conservatives in DC… No kidding!

5-12 Windfall Profits? Sheldon Richman! Brokaw!

On Monday, May 12, Gardner Goldsmith sallied forth into the maelstrom of politics and economics by concentrating on the recent talk that the US gubment will try to impose a “windfall profits” tax on US oil companies. Not a good idea! he and Sheldon Richman, the editor of “The Freeman” magazine, discussed the errors underlying this kind of policy prescription, and they went on to discuss how free markets solve racial divides, and why free markets are important for an increasing standard of living. Meaty stuff from these titans of the individual liberty movement.

1-10 Matthews Spits Racial Attack, G Fights Back

On Thursday, 1-10-08, Gardner Goldsmith took on Chris Matthews, who claimed that the loss by Barak Obama to Hillary Clinton reflects the inherent “racism” of the NH people. HUH? Gard asked, if Obama had won, and Hillary placed second, would that mean NH citizens were “sexist”?! What about Bill Richardson? What if Richardson won, would NH still be filled with racists?

That, plus an interview with Bruce Bartlett, in which he talks about his new book, “Wrong of Race”. All fro “Against the Grain”, and www.libertyconspiracy.com

11-30 Gun Ban in NH Capital? Freddie Mac

Oh, Friday. Yes, Free Speech Friday, where Gardner Goldsmith allows the members of the radio thinktank to steer the program in directions they desire—sort of. On this program, Gard took on a new bill in the NH legislature that would ban the carrying of firearms in the NH capital building and legislative office building, unless one was a law enforcement officer. Not a good idea.

Gard also explained why it is not only unconstitutional but economically detrimental to have the Feds involved in home loans and mortgage regulation. Fredie Mac, no thanks!

11-26 Obamrah, Shmuckabee, Kwanza, Fed Cell Phone Tracing

On Monday, November 26, Gardner Goldsmith touched upon the devilishly exciting news that Oprah Winfrey will be campaigning for Barak Obama. Gard also discussed the backing of Hillary Clinton by the wife of NH Gov. John Lynch. Gard spent some time slicing Mike “Smoooookin’” Huckabee down to size, and what a truly tiny man he is, and Gard offered information about how the federal government has been getting cell phone locations of American citizens without obtaining warrants or showing probable cause. What a country, huh?

11-20 Rudy Sighting! - FCC Regs - Hill's Energy Plan

On Wednesday, November 20, Gardner Goldsmith caught up with Rudy Giuliani—for about five minutes. It was long enough for Gard and his sharp audience to notice that Rudy doesn’t really have that firm a grasp on the US Constitution. Troubling. Gard also went over Hillary Clinton’s energy proposal, as described in a recent article published in ‘Human Events’, and Gard covered some pretty scary stuff happening on the FCC front.

11-14: Clinton's Trouble, Lynch's PR, ADA

On November 14, Gardner Goldsmith set course into the wild winds of political adventure by further studying the Hillary Clinton-NY License issue. He also discussed the self-serving and parasitic nature of NH Gov. John Lynch’s filing for federal aid to “help” unemployed paper mill workers. Nothing like trying to make yourself look good at someone else’s expense!

11-13: Hill's Plant! - Prof. Ben Powell on Trade

On Tuesday, November 13, Gardner Goldsmith explored (and he would certainly like to explore further!) the young woman who revealed that she had been recruited by the Hillary Clinton Campaign to ask a question in an Iowa “meeting”.

Gard also discussed how this is not a new phenomenon, and referred to a piece in his new book, “Live Free or Die”, that explained how ABC’s “Nightline” did the same thing years ago.
