As Alex Jones reports, the mighty TSA is blinking in the face of the special interest that has the most clout -- the pilots. Good for the pilots, but we plebians still haven't seen any reversal or sign of it, and the actual issue of the constitutionality of the TSA is not being addresssed. Note, it does seem rather nutty to put pilots through scans to see if they have weapons, when they are the ones FLYING THE PLANES.

Stupidity is what the S stands for in TSA.

Take a look at this, as the man who shot it leaves his video cam running in his bag, and gets the audio footage of what happens when you are given the false choice of being felt up, photographed naked, or not flying.

Listen to the TSA folks. Then consider. If you're walking to work and a gangster puts a gun to your head and says, "strip, lady, or I won't let you pass", is that somehow being presented with a real choice?

No duh, of course, but one interesting thing to note here is what Peter Schiff has said about the reason the Fed is buying the t-bills. As we have noted in our audios, there has been a lot of chatter in poltical circles about so-called "deflation", which is bogus. The dollar has already been inflated and lost (on average) at least two percent of its buying power annually since the creation of the Fed (and that's compouned yearly, by the way). The only reason the dollar still buys anything is thanks to the productivity of people, which provides us the opportunity to get things for less.

Does anyone imagine he will be gone forever?

Doubtful.

But don't forget, this is the same guy who was enthralled with so-called "Campaign Finance Reform" that would stifle interest groups from advertising about politicians, force small organizations to disclose all their contributors, and restrict businesses from speaking out about issues prior to elections. Meanwhile, Olberman has his place to spout (like many right-wing commentators, to be fair) and he doesn't have to mention to anyone that he's donating to the very candidates and politicians he's asking to appear on his show.

Double standards abound in leftism.

Despite the excitement expressed by many "Tea Party" members and traditional conservatives, the massive sweep of nearly all House elections across the US, and of many Senate races, means little policy-wise. The leftist socialists still control the Senate. This means no substantive changes will be made on any social spending programs. However, we might possibly see the Tea Party antipathy for "illegal" immigration push new, more stringent and anti-constitutional immigration laws, with the complicity of the Dems, who will want to "appeal" to the populist sentiment out there (especially among those Senators from southern states).

Looks like we're the innocent victims of this counterfeit money bomb...
