He will also talk to Patti Morrow, of Livefreeanddesign.org about the death of yet another attempt by lefties to regulate INTERIOR DESIGNERS in NH. Amazing how far government will reach its tentacles.

Gard will also talk to Christina Rasmussen, who not only has a beautiful voice (rrrrrrrow!), but is Director of Government Affairs for the National Taxpayers Union (www.ntu.org). Christina and Gard will chat about Charlie Rangle's proposal to "help the middle class" by eliminating the Alternative Minimum Tax, while increasing taxes on all people earning 150K a year or more. It's a net tax increase, and an increase on those paying the most in taxes already. But, of course, it is being depicted as tax "relief" by the pop media.

Gard will also talk about the CA wildfires, where it has been proven that more than a dozen water helicopters sat grounded while the fires raged. So much for having a more efficient government response to natural disasters. One wonders how much those copters cost the taxpayers, and why they just sat there, idle.

The ATF and FBI are assisting in the fire investigation, and this activity needs close scrutiny, because one has to wonder why, before anyone from outside a state is suspected of committing a crime, the FBI or ATF should be involved. Where does their jurisdiction begin. How about a single murder, a robbery, or a window break on a house? A car theft? For any crime, cannot be certain if the culprit might have been from outside a state, so at what point do we say it is appropriate for the federal government to get involved? Where do we draw the line at the application or non-application of federal resources taken at the expense of other people in other states?
