... While the article is good, it misses two major points:

1. The US Constitution does not allow the federal gubment to regulate businesses in this way.

2. Beyond the way the Constitution stipulates the politicians operate or do not operate, there is the moral question of "the state" in the first place. Who can claim moral authority over the peaceful monetary exchanges of others?
