ERISA was one kind of tax code manipulation, from the 1970's, that shifted the market towards group insurance, but repealing it will simply give the gubment more cash,a dn restrict medical choices for employees. The alternative is to let individuals who buy their own insurance write the full expense off their taxes. But the socialists will never allow this to happen.
