Incredible! The constitutional parameters are so blown out that we now see STATE supreme courts ruling that their governors MUST request unconstitutional federal stimulus money! Federalism isn't just dead, it's corpse on a spit, rolling over the flames of state govenment complicity and greed! Does ANYONE outside out Conspiracy circles get it?
