If they can do background checks, that means they can restrict the purchases if the BG checks are not conducted properly or they flag someone as "unmutual" (as they'd say in "The Prisoner"). Background checks are unconstitutional. Also, they tell us that the data will not be collected by the federal gubment. This is a lie.
