Prez Signs Law to Force Fed Rules on All Local Public School Food

Not only is the "Healthy Hunger-free Kids Act" blindingly unconstitutional, it's a great example of paternalism at its most rhetorically hilarious. Check out this quote by the Secretary of Agriculture (again, an unconstitutional position) about th eimposition of federal food rules on local schools:

"To ensure that these efforts are not undermined by foods from vending machines, a la carte lunch lines, and school stores, USDA will help make the healthy choice an easy choice for our kids by setting nutritional standards for all food sold in schools."

Yeah. End quote.
Cute, huh? USDA will "help make the healthy choice easy... by setting nutritional standards for all food sold in schools."
Kind of like a gangster telling you he's got an offer you can't refuse. It'll make things "easy" by applying FORCE to your local school kids and administration (as lame as those administrators often are, they'll be a little closer to the situation than the feds in DC!)
What kids oughta try is setting up a "pay for tasty food outside school" system, whereby the kids make their food purchases from another kid who promises to bring in the food they want, the deals are made juuuuust off school grounds, and then the kid brings in said promised foods and reserves the purchases for pick up at the school. Thus, the food was not "sold on school grounds", but was delivered on school grounds with a nice little "F--- You" to the feds. Perhaps there's room for lunch an drivers to stop by schools at lunch time, so that juniors and seniors can go buy what they want, or they could even take orders for the younger kids and get stuff.

By the way, here's Mrs. Obama trying to draw a causal relationship between overweight kids and national security. Since she's a real expert on both good health and national security, we had better listen.
