The Treasury Secretary will be given power to TAKE OVER "troubled" banks (remember, American citizens canot mention which ones are troubled, or they risk investigation and possible arrest through powers recently granted to the FEC). All he will need is a nod from the President and the tumbs-up from the Fed Chief.
