Yep. It's like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac! As Glenn Jacobs observed, it's like the TVA. It's going to be a "private" organization that will be granted $3-4 billion in taxpayer cash at the outset, then set "on its own" to be operated like a non-profit. But guess what? It will always be open to more tax money to prop it up, just like Fannie and Freddie, just like the FDIC.
