More Brazen Unconstitutionality from Congress: New limits on Cigarette Content and Advertising -- UGH!

Of course, this nanny-state mentality is supported with the bogus argument that "we all pay" for smokers when we go to the doctor or hospital.

Thanks to the semi-socialized health industry,  and government regulations that force doctors to pass costs on to  people who REALLY pay their bills, we DO pay for others, and now that they've got us by the neck, they want to impose MORE fascist regs. Wonderful.

Too bad they didn't look at how much smokers SAVE the semi-socialized health industry by DYING early before they take up all sorts of long-term old-age care and more social security payments. But whatever, why should we be talking about it anyway, it's unconstitutional.

And since it is unconstitutional, it won't be made law, right? (dot, dot, dot...)
