A. How does one define "rich".

B. Nick Clegg says that this will introduce "fairness" to the tax system. How does he define for others what is "fair"?

C. He claims that this tax will avoid "social unrest". When do nations see more social unrest? During periods of high unemployment. Who are the ones with leveragable money to start businesses? Yeah, the "rich"...

D. Who has shown, by the very act of being able to consistently (in most cases) sell products or services that made them rich, that they have already helped people? Yeah, the "rich".

This is a very, very bad proposal. Immoral and anti-economic.
