The semantic legedermain these people use is almost comical. See, FISA, the "Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act" created the power for the feds to spy on "foreigners", which means, in their Byzantine logical construction, that if you are an American citizen talking to a foreigner, you, too, can be wiretapped.

One would think that if an American citizen were involved, a WARRANT would be needed, ya know? But, nope. Not in the new USA. The Bushies pushed this, and got it, and now Obama's team wants to continue it.
