Second, the Supreme Court decision to which she refers is a mighty stretch from the concept of privacy that is supposed to be protected by the 4th Amendment.

 

If police were to enter any random house, not knowing who lived there, to search for contraband, it would be an infringement of the 4th Amendment. That analogy is akin to the NSA collecting so-called "anonymous" meta-data...
