We need to note the more important aspect of this story: NO government operates with the consent of the governed. If it did, it would be a BUSINESS. This fundamental fallacy has propaged all of the troubles, it hides the predation and excuses it by claiming it is justified. Even when 99% of the people vote for something, it is not justified to force the other 1% to act according to the command.
