Guess what? President Obama will CONTINUE the Bush Administration policy of holding "detainees" without trial!

Anyone remember the Boumedienne and Hamdan Supreme Court cases that stipulated that the US gubment HAD to give habeas corpus hearings to the "detainees" unless Congress had lifted the Writ universally for all?

One wonders... Since Obam is taking even MORE money out of the productive economy than Bush, injecting more fake money into it through the Fed and Treasury, and through all the bailouts, and yet continuing the Bush policy on "detainees", do the leftists pick and choose and say, "he's still better than Bush"?
