NSA Director Clapper "Apologizes for Erroneous" Statement About Spying

Erroneous statements. Don't call them lies. And the program has been "declassified" so he can comment now. How about the program was exposed by a whistleblower and would still be unknown unless he had?

Clapper should be in prison for the rest of his life, but that won't happen. Strangely, the feds are eager to use "wiretapping" statutes to prosecute people for "racketeering". When the feds do it, it must be completely okay. Right?
