Video of Metrodome collapse from inside stadium.
For those who don't know, the Metrodome roof collapsed under the weight of 17 inches of snow this morning. There were cameras going inside when it happened. Whoa.

A friend of mine, that is a building manager, told me that in oder to have avoided this, the building would have had to had the heat on MAX well before the storm hit. He was unsure that htis would have been avoidable.
This is bad news for my friends in Minnesota. For SURE they will be footing the bill for multi-hundred millionair Zygi Wilf, so his team can be playing outside with a retractable roof, saving him millions of dollars on construction costs, and subsidizing his team's rent on the backs of the poor.
You would think they would build it to handle 17 inches of snow. I mean it's Minnesota. Maybe it happened accidently on purpose.
