Truthers v/s Free Staters

I have been seeing an awakening for some time now, I see people of all ages and cultures, whom are realizing the oppression, and tyranny.

Surprisingly I've only been flipped off once for having a 911 was an inside job sticker on the back of my car. Most of the time I get some younger person saying "where did you get that sticker dude?!" I love to see that too, the younger generation acknowledging government corruption, and actually having an interest in the matter.

There is also the happenings in New Hampshire with hardcore activists, practicing civil disobedience, and even working within the system. They are doing whatever it takes to regain liberty in their lifetime.

I love to see Luke from We are change NY, bull horning. I especially love it when he ambushes bureaucrats and asks them extremely damning questions, as well as all of the other We are change people.

The Free Staters have started a 4:20 civil disobedience rally every day until the prohibition stops!

9/11 truthers are making movies by the butt load, and are distributing them for free!

The differences between these groups is simply the extent of government. Some believe society can thrive without any government/ force. While others believe a little force is necessary in some instances. There is a goal for both of these factions, which is reducing the size and scope of the oppression i.e. government. However it seems there is a rift between these two factions, one that I believe hinders the movement towards the same common goal, Freedom! It seems as though the Free Staters look to the Conspiracy crowd as crazies to believe in a conspiracy. And the Conspiracy people thinking the Free Staters are too radical on their views of Voluntary governed society.

I agree with the conspiracy crowd, and acknowledge the deceit, the police state. Although I also agree with those whom are moving to New Hampshire and being apart of the Free Stat Project.

I just wish that the conspiracy crowd would realize the power of the Free State Project. I wish the Free Staters would give more credit to the conspiracy crowd.

We are all progressing towards the same goal! I know it's cliche, but cant' we just all get along?

Well said.  The only thing you said that I would criticize is the use of the term "conspiracy crowd".  Although from the tenor of your comments I don't think you mean it negatively.  Most of those in the truther movement would say that they are promoting a theory that is consistent with hard science.  And they would reject the conspiracy label.

I don't understand the animus many in the libertarian/free state movement have towards the truthers.  They want justice.  They think that the government should be held to the same law as the people.  Both of these are libertarian precepts.  The only thing you can knock them for is being naive enough to think that the government is going to investigate itself.  They've educated a lot of people and they engage in peaceful activism.  Why not reach out to them?

I think a lot of people in the liberty movement don't want to withstand the negative P.R. that comes with being associated with the truthers.  Since when did libertarians let the mainstream media decide what issues and people they should be supporting?  It doesn't necessarily follow that believing it was an inside job will lead to activism being totally dominated by that one topic.  Most of the stuff I see out of wearech. relates to the police state.  On that issue, libertarians should be on board without reservation.

Relinquish liberty for the purposes of defense in an emergency?
Why? It would seem that in an emergency, of all times, one needs
his greatest strength. So if liberty is strength and slavery is weakness,
liberty is a necessity rather than a luxury, and we can ill afford
to be without it—least of all during an emergency.

Yes I know not to lump all people into the "conspiracy" thing, however I also lumped freestaters into the "voluntariust" thing too.  My point was that either way you look at things, you are anti oppression.
