Have any of you refused to sign up with the Selective Service?  Did you register but later regret that you did so?  What kind of advice would you have for someone facing this decision?

I signed up when I was 18. Wish I hadn't. Back then, the cold war was raging, and Reagan was pushing the USSR hard. I was a Lockean, and made the shift over to total free markets soon after.

All males are required to register for selective service (aka "The Draft") at the age of 18.  I believe failure to do so is a felony.
