Proposal for Gardner
Okay, maybe I'm blind, but I don't see any email link for Gardner, so this proposal is directed to him, whom I hope will see this, but if you know the email address and wouldn't mind forwarding, that would be appreciated. Thanks.
Gardner: I've been listening for about a year now and have delved a little into the archives, but one thing I've not heard from you, yet, are your thoughts on the whole, complicated business of common goods/collective action/free riders/tragedy of the commons business. I find that it is the the hardline drawn by most in defense of the state -- usually in relation either to defense or pollution. However, there's a fundamental conceptual matter at the core of all its forms of presentation. I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the topic, at a conceptual level, and I'm sure it would be of great interest and benefit to the newer listeners to whom you've refered on occasion. Thanks.
