A residual force of 50,000? Hardly leaving. Oh p.s. - we've heard this 14 to 16 to 18 month pulldown rhetoric before. It sounds reasonable and gives the politicians enough time to think up another reason to stay.

Right on.

Let me seeeee... Obama will continue the CIA "renditions" (ie torture) in other countries, and he's building up troops in Afghanistan. The US Empire continues unabated.

But there is one bright spot, wherein Obama is going to try Gitmo prisoners under US law.

SO, one out of three. Congratulations Obamer fans. You get 33% of what you wanted on the "war" issue. Classy.
