I know the government in the US has aready brought in similar regulations but these I think go further.

A fine way to discourage personal responsibility in favour of nanny stateism.

What I can't get over is how the government have the brass balls to penalise the bankers at one end (for cavalier lending), then bail them out at the other - for the very same thing! lol
