Julian Assange has been arrested.

I don't know why he was staying in the UK. They have an extradition treaty with us so the only worse place he could have been was here in the US! The chances this has anything to do with "sexual assault" are slim. .
On the other hand, being extradited to Switzerland puts him in, I believe, a neutral country that does not have an extradition treaty with the US. So maybe it's ultimately in his best interest?

Yeah with so much at stake is there a hope of knowing what to believe with regard to these sex charges, or due process? I guess what counts is that as he goes down there's another standing behind him at wikileaks to grab the baton and go.

It would seem I had my "S" countries mixed up. He's going to Sweeden.
If this is about sexual assault then there is zero reason for him to end up in US hands. I guess we will find out what this is about.
I'm sure glad I never got arrested for unprotected sex... had way too much of that in my past. What a set of trumped up, politically motivated, bullshit charges.
