Didn't you know that the only people who are allowed to save lives are government employees? In this case, they should have done nothing and hoped a policeman was nearby to solve the situation. They want us to believe that it is up to the men in blue to protect our neighbors and that we should not take responsiblity to try and help anyone.

You see, this demonstrares to me exactly how impotent government forces people to become.

It's a little like all of those lawsuits that became quite common, some years ago, were a passer-by to offer life-saving first aid to someone hwo had collapsed/ got knocked down by a car - breaking their ribs in the process...

Eventually, people get apathetic and their own sense of personal responsibility, and social conscience, evaporates.

Sad, really...

Aparently a group of End the Fed activists in the Salt Lake City area will be Jay-walking for liberty.  I'll provide a link to any posts I find touting this strategy.
