http://news.aol.co.uk/obama-makes-nuclear-weapons-pledge/article/20090404210509603068119

On first read, not entirely unsavoury. On second read? Welllll, who can spell 'WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION'.

This sugar-coated hippy-speak will translate to 'INVADE NORTH KOREA' in mere months, if Obama gets his way.

And let's face it - he got his way with Afghanistan, so no reason to think he won't get it here.

Iraq is soooo last year.

That is exactly the sort of thing I was thinking of when I heard this, though I don't think I had thought it out that far.

I don't generally see  nationstates as good in any sense, but I do see North Korea's attempt to build nuclear weapons as a defensive action.  It has proved to be an effective deterent to American intervention in many places, most notably India.

Also, this can definitely still be seen as a defensive action since the U.S. Military intervention slaughtered many Koreans during the U.S. military intervention during the 1950's.  It's not as if Kim Jong Il has nothing to fear but fear itself.

Why can't I get the image of marionettes out of my head?  Team America: World Police has poisoned my brain.

I have never understood why The West (TM) don't see the hypocrisy of that, Fur.

After all, which country has stockpiled the largest arsenal of nuclear weapons? If it isn't the US, they're certainly in the top two! Oh, and as for actually using a warhead - Hiroshima, anyone?

I really don't know *exactly* what Obama's at with all of this CND stuff, but I suspect that it spells 'W.A.R.' instead of 'Peace and goodwill to all mankind.'

George Gordon points out the hypocracy of preaching peace peace! all the while the U.S. is the biggest

wepons manufacter and arms dealer in the world. (A quick look back shows the U.S. to be the biggest WARMONGERS also.) The last thing the military industrial complex wants is PEACE!

Wars drive innovation and technical advancements while changing the society into the statists mindset.

It also eliminates many of the so called useless eaters while advancing the nwo agenda by the bloody sword.

War is the globalists dream come true.
