Listened to this show on Saturday morning. Got me through a hilly 10k with an nice, varied pace. Great selection!

Except for the Ted Kennedy clip. He is not good for a maintaining the happy of a running high.

Maybe you should select the intro music for freetalklive to mix it up a little for them.  There sound track is getting a little old.
