Kudos to John Cusack. Now all he has to do is apply his Constitutional standards and belief in civil liberties to the facts that the Constitution also doesn't sanction things like "welfare" spending, business regulation, invasion of medical records, antitrust, bailouts, money monopolies (ie, the Fed and treasury, a duopoly), school loans, science research, "social securit" (which is neither), the so-called "war on drugs" or international aid, to name a few...
