12-12: RINOS v Capitalism and the Constitution

On December 12 Gardner Goldsmith exposed the sad and frustrating decline in principled actions by Republicans. Specifically, Gard covered the move by NH Senator Judd Gregg to bring $1 billion in federal funds to NH for “oil heat assistance”. This while Gregg claims he is conservative!

Gard also welcomed the author of “The Great Tradition”, who discussed his collection of essays going back to Aristotle, all covering the importance of a true liberal arts education, rather than vocational training.

Then Gard talked to Jonathan Hoenig, author of “Greed is Good”, and founder of www.capitalistpig.com, about the essential value of capitalism for society.

That great interview was followed-up with a conversation with Benjamin Powell, editor of the new book, “Making Poor Nations Rich”, a great new release by the Independent Institute. Go to www.independent.org to see all their great free-market creations!
