What a shock.

Welcome to the word of unionized gubment schools, where they not only propagandize the students with whatever political agenda they like, where parents have a very difficult -- if not impossible -- time getting things changed, and where everyone, parents and non-parents, has his tax money stolen from him for the "greater good", ie, teachers cheating on tests to get more money.

Funny how the headline reads "under pressure"... The only pressure we see is the incentive from the corrupt school system to pay them more if they have students who perform well on the tests.
