NH Shoreline "Protection Act" - State May Force You to Get Permission Before Moving Rocks on Your Own Property!

Hey, Conspirators! We are looking for more information. Gardner Goldsmith was informed of the possible ramifications of the NH Shoreline "Protection Act", and he is nervous about it. State Representative Dan Itseh called Gard's show on Wednesday to discuss it, and Dan has lots of worries as well. It looks like these activities might be subject to state regulation (Department of Environmental Services is the branch) if this thing passes:

-- Don't dig a hole, even if your kids are digging a sandcastle.
-- Don't plant a tulip- if it's not in an approved location on 'your land'.
-- Don't remove poising ivy
-- Don't repair a washed out area.
-- Don't move a rock.

If you have any information or comments, contact Gard's show or go to the post at www.nhfree.com !!
