So next time you see one of those dumb bumper stickers that says, "NH Troopers are your best defense", on the back of someone's car, remind him or her that cops are rarely at the scene of a crime as it happens. YOUR BEST DEFENSE IS SELF-DEFENSE WITH A FIREARM. THAT IS A FACT.
