How to de-socialize or de-fascize? How do we go from here to there?

Can anyone recommend any articles, papers and/or books on how to de-statize society? In "For a New Liberty", Murray Rothbard had a great example whereby the States of NY and MA, before giving up power, deeded all land to the Rockefeller and Kennedy family's, respectively. His point was that utilitarians could have no objection to such acts because they had/have no theory on justice in property rights.
The term "privatization" has gotten a bad name thanks to conservatives and many libertarians of the Reason Mag/Cato Institute type. Instead of meaning returning a government function to the private sector, it has come to mean contracting out the service or selling valuable property to politically connected sources. How can we get land, property, natural resources out of the government's hands without them ending up in some politically connected "private" interest's hands?

Relinquish liberty for the purposes of defense in an emergency?
Why? It would seem that in an emergency, of all times, one needs
his greatest strength. So if liberty is strength and slavery is weakness,
liberty is a necessity rather than a luxury, and we can ill afford
to be without it—least of all during an emergency.
