Chris Matthews does have something has something of a track record for acting like an authoritarian asshole bully. Back in August he attempted to verbally bash William Kostric & try to make out he was a nut for exercising his constitutional right & now he's being doing the same with a representative from the group of Oath keepers, a group wanting police, soldiers & government officials to adhere to the US Constitution.

Oath Keepers is a group attempting to get police, soldiers & other government officials to sign up that they'll pledge only to follow laws that fall with in the parameters set by the US Constitution. But apparently to the likes of Chris Matthews you're some kind of extremist nut if you want to adhere to the US constitution & not be willing to be a tool in the perpetration of authoritarianism or tyranny.

Of course some are going to say I don't like Matthews because he's a leftie....err no I don't like bullying mouth pieces for authoritarianism & therefore I equally despise Sean Hannity who's basically the other side of the same coin. Nor do I like that it appears that both liberal & conservative media currently seem to be saying to hell with the US constitution.
