Yes. Gard's hard drive seems to have suffered a catastrophic failure. He is hoping to at least recover some of the important data on it. Meanwhile, he has lost two pods, one of which he has re-done and one of which (an interview with Xaq Fixx, of Bureaucrash.com) is lost unless the data can be recovered.

We will endeavor to provide you with written commentary at the forum and blog sections, and Gard, while in Ohio, has brought a portable recorder and his old laptop to create new pods. He has one waiting in the wings right now, but... this gets us to the second matter... The web host seems to have encountered a glitch, and it now registers the library of LibertyConspiracy audio files at 2.5 times the maximum storage capacity Gard bought for the year. This seems odd, and he has written to them to check on the matter.

So, even though El G Grande has produced new reports on the Liberty Conspiracy Audios, using his guerilla podcasting technique, he CAN'T POST THEM.
