CA Gov Veto Allows for Police Searches of Cell Phones Without Warrants

The police state atmosphere expands. But hey, it's all to fight the so-called "War on Drugs" and the so-called "War on Terror" and the so-called "War on All The Other Things We Can Think of to Scare People", so why not?

The fact that the US Constitution requires a WARRANT, DELIVERED BY A JUDGE, to allow for searches has been overlooked by Gov. Brown. "Sorry! That just takes too long!"

So, does anyone really want to put faith in gubment (ie the state in its generic sense) to protect his liberty? Haven't we seen enough to know that the claims of said "protection" are false?
