What's interesting about that is that it perfectly describes politicians and bureaucrats who work for gubment, not libertarians. Politicians and bureaucrats advocate for and use force/violence and threats of force/violence, and does so to spread nationalism, the religion of the state as protector (which is false, it only exists through theft) and racial and gender quotas that stand against freedom of association and individual moral growth. Government, ie the state, is the entity that engages in depriving individuals of their civil rights to property, freedom of association, freedom of contract (which is association), freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and many more civil liberties. By any real definition, the state, in its generic sense, is the entity that uses terror and threats of violence to get what the politicians want.
